yesterday was a day full of mixed emotions, feelings.

it just kinda started on a low, to a high, back to a low and then normal.

yes. I lost my phone. Left it in the cab after alighting in a hurry, outside church cause there was another car behind; only for it to be another church member in another cab. realised that I lost it like after around 10 mins. did all the calling and all, managed to track down the cab, but the phone was missing already. so yeah, its lost.

soccer in the afternoon was cancelled, cause there wasn't enough people. ended up heading to parkway area with my bro and tengli to grab some missing food for the bbq, before heading down to Koh's place.

Slept for a solid one and a half hours while waiting for the rest to reach. all thanks to the flu and fever/ache medication which caused me to feel drowsy, and also the wind and the headphones. haha.

the bbq itself was okay. nothing much to blog about it. ended up pushing helen into the pool, carrying evan into the jacuzzi, and brining the water to mother Toh, cause she refused to budge from the railings at the playground. haha

cabbed home. went online, uploaded photos from Christmas onto fb, felt happy for someone (: went to sleep after I was done with the photos.

initial plan was to meet Janice at 10, Macs to pass her her stuff and she also had stuff to pass to me. BUT, I woke up at 10 and by the time I showered it was like 10:20. Packed my stuff for the day, ironed and all, it was 10:45. so ended up meeting her at 11. heh.

received a shirt, keychain and sweets. haha. totally love the shirt!! hahah thanks! (:

headed down to school and surprisingly, I reached Clementi at 1pm. so was a little late only.

been in the editing room ever since. still waiting to print the video to tape.

Mr Tay's wedding dinner later on.

and I am still sick. sigh.

just finished the complete update on the previous post.

today passed relatively fast. slept till 11 plus, before heading down to Mount Zion to get the present for Mr Tay. His wedding was very very simple. It just took a little more then an hour. sweet. He's still the same as ever, loud voice, loud laughter. But really, other then that, he's quite okay - to me. hah. hmmm, shan't talk much about the wedding itself.

Headed home after that, edited some of the photos that were taken on Christmas. some of them only. Yet to do a complete upload unto FB yet though. Oh, and my dad surprised me. He got me a new set of headphones. Not exactly a high end one, but good enough. (:

So, I'm happy yet again. It has really been a good Christmas for me, totally loved this year's Christmas (:

guess that's about it. got to grab some sleep. Service later on, soccer in the afternoon is cancelled but there will be a bbq tomorrow evening, with flighters. looking forward to it.

first things first.

Belated Blessed Christmas and Boxing Day to all! (:

ever woken up feeling sick on Christmas Day? That was exactly what happened to me. Woke up, with a blocked nose, lost my voice completely, and having that certain when you're having a fever(the 'goosebumps' and all, if you get what I mean), and it totally sucked. Never the less, dragged myself out of bed. I mean its like what, 'After all, its Christmas Day!!'

Ended up cabbing down(SEE, I DIDNT RUN FOR THE BUS! HAHAHA) cause my brother and I woke up late, and had to pack stuff cause we planned to head down to Orchard to take photos at night. Service was a total drag, it took nearly 3 hours. Headed out to lunch with the youths - Tengli, Nelson, Evan, Eugene, Brother and I, cause there was just too many people in the canteen. Like around 200 people attended the service. Maybe even more. Headed down to Plaza Sing to meet Tricia, for like around 1 hour plus? ended up rotting at Mos Burger. haha

Headed down to Yishun, to my dad's church cause was attending their Christmas dinner. The dinner wasn't that bad. Food was good, just that I couldn't eat quite a number of them cause I'm sick. Rawr! The games was good, the puppet show was also good! Had fun at my table with the Vicar's son, daughter and nephew cause I was like taking photos and they were taking photos of me!! Maybe I'll post some of them. I'll consider. haha.

Got a ride from my dad down to Orchard at around 11 plus, hoping that the floats would be still there. But it just wasn't to be! BUT...... we had something else up our sleeves. My brother and I just totally went crazy, berserk for close to 2 hours! Red light after red light, meant photo after photo, meant flash after flash, meant jump after jump! wohoo! you'll get what I mean if you saw the photos on facebook. haha. also, during that period of time, we managed to 'teach' and help this group of people who were trying to take jump shots also. Saw them try a whole lot of time, only to fail. They were like asking my brother and I 'is there a special technique in jumping?' we were like 'No? just jump high and the timing has to be right' hahaha. ended up helping them take also. All I can say is that the 2 whole hours was just totally crazy!! ended up cabbing home and sleeping at 3am.

1:30pm 27th Dec - continue on my update when I come back from Mr. Tay's wedding. got to prepare now (:

22:50 27th Dec -

sleeping at 3am and waking up at 9am just didn't give me enough rest, especially when I'm sick! initial plan was to head to Melaka with family and some church members but apparently, it was too late so headed down to JB instead, not before paying the doctor a nice little visit. hah. Caught up with my sleep during the journey; it wasn't very long though. Totally enjoyed my day, cause it has been quite awhile since my whole family has been able to shop together and really just spend one whole day together. It was just so relaxing and all. (: Dinner was absolutely fabulous. I totally heck care on the fact that I was sick, and just enjoyed the stone grill that I had. It was perrr-fect! wohoo!!

I just so delighted to be able to get the things that I wanted! Thanks Dad!! :) [doubt you'll see this though. hah]

Got a new hoodie from Topshop, a new shirt, a new pair of boots(soccer boots!) and a new pair of shoes from Converse - courtesy of my brother (:

Is there a need to explain further on why I'm delighted? Nah, I don't think so!

great. I came down to school for almost nothing. supposed to be printing the video to tape and apparently, I do not have the tape on hand. just another case of miscommunication, yet again. luckily managed to change the booking timing, lost three hours though. so, I've got to come down back to school next monday, yes, I'm in school now.

its like I might as well just stay in school, having travelled close to 2 hours just to reach school. it just makes no sense staying in school for like 30 mins when your total travelling time would mount up to close to 4 hours.

well, apart from that. my old three seater sofa is no longer around, as in its downstairs at the void deck already. it was like I woke up, went to bathe, wanting to prepare to head to school. I came out of the shower and then my mum was like 'help shift the sofa downstairs'. I was thinking, 'I bathe already and you tell me that. like seriously la!' in the end still gave a hand.

so, now the two seater is outside and the single seater is left for the doggie. hahah. the dog is becoming a human already. damn. hahah

guess thats about it. i'll try uploading the photos when I reach home, so yeah.

two nights straight at Orchard left me with an aching right shoulder, having to lug my macbook around, afraid that my memory card would run out of space, in which it ever did happen. but none the less, I'm fairly satisfied with the photos that I took. Delighted for a minority of them. the rest were just, normal - to me.

Just surprised that I was able to stay awake till like 12 plus - the time I reached home, cause I was talking to a skywalker camper till like 5am and was so nearly late for service. heh

thats why I didn't call you as usual =/

hmmm, did I mention that the world is actually very small, way to small. the fact that I bumped into quite a numer of people that I know. Peter and Amandis, Cher Yan, Dawn from SERVE, some Skywalker campers from SAC, another Pastor's son and my TBC groupmate, Justin. did some catching up with Peter and Cheryan, with more to do this Sat when I'm going for Taych's wedding. hah. and i'll try my best to organize a P6 gathering for my class, been trying to do so, but its like so hard to find a date where almost everyone would be free. one of these days, I'll do it.

It just feels so good to be able to do something that you love, something that you enjoy doing, something that has the ability to pull you away from reality. Going back to reality. Yes, I'm having my holidays, but it just isn't exactly holidays. Having gone back to school for the whole of last week, with more projects and tests to study for. Location Production, Computer Graphics, Social Psychology, Written Communication - you name it all. I'll really got to start on them, all the theory and stuff. argh this totally sucks.

okay, on a lighter note I think I'll upload some of the photos that I took as someone suggested that I need to have more photos on my blog, even though I've already uploaded all of them up onto facebook. oh, and look out for an update on my photog blog. I've got photos to post already!

well, apparently, blogger doesn't seem to like me today. can't upload the pics, tried for like 4 times already. so, my apologies. want to see them, head to my facebook and wait for me to upload my photog blog. till then.. (:

today was kinda okay, I think. got woken up by that msg. I had to wake up either way. lazed around before heading down to Orchard at around 5pm, with my beloved camera (:

spent the following 5-6 hours taking photos, walked up and down the whole stretch of Orchard for like 2-3 time. this time, I was being selective of what I wanted to take, not like last time when I had the mind set of 'This is nice, I'm going to take it'. now as I come to think of it, I've 'matured' as photographer, there's still room to improve though. haha.

half way through the night, my tripod died on me. the catch for one of the legs came out. found a nice rubbish bin and placed it there. haha.

CCIS was great! from what I saw tonight.

65-ed back to interchange and I swear I was the only chinese left in the bus. double deck some more. the rest were all Indians(not being racist here, cause its a fact). its like a ratio of 1:20 ?!?!?

haha, either way i got to grab some sleep soon. church tomorrow or rather later on and prolly heading down to PS after that for more photos and I'll prolly upload the photos on FB and some on my already dead photog blog.

NP Student Union "Team Bonding Camp" from tomorrow till monday, with me needing to book out on Sunday for the Christmas Outreach that will be going on in church.
NVP 2 shoot on Tuesday and editing on Wednesday, thursday, next monday and tuesday.

as a matter of fact, I do have a draft for my updates for the past week or so, but its not exactly complete and stuff and besides, its all words. so its like what's the point.

apologies for not updating, for various reasons.

- its just so hard and tough to blog about what I've/I am going through for the past 2 weeks or so, just so hard to put into words.

- I just do not know how and what to blog on

- I just really do not really have the time to do so, with all my school work and personal issues/reasons.

it is really just amazing on how fast things can change, like within a year.

last year's today. you know where both of us were at, and help till now even when I think about what happened, the things that happened before camp, the changing of groups, me being busy throughout the whole camp and not having enough time for you and ultimately what happened after the camp. it still hurts.

it has been three days. haven seen you online. no updates. no texts or calls.

I really do not know how I should be feeling.

Or am I just starting to get used to it - all over again?
