the stupid journal for Social Psychology is freaking killing my brain cells and eyes!

I've stared and strained my eyes at the Microsoft Word window and a couple of 'once in a while' popping up of MSN windows for so long that I've changed my MacBook's display to Black and White, just to ease my eyes!
